“ When we walked in we were a bit sceptical, since the decoration is "interesting" and the place itself needs a bit of maintenance. It felt a bit run down and dirty ish. The owner, who is doing apparently the service and the cooking is super cute and friendly. It wasn't really busy that night, but we were wondering how he can manage everything at the same time on his own (but maybe some staff was just ill etc. who knows). The food was very delicious. We had something fried with egg as a starter, then the main course with meat and 2 different desserts. Everything tasted really good. Be aware that you eat with your hands. Some comments I read were commenting negative about it, but that's just how you do it. No biggie ”
“ Simply amazing! The service, the food and atmosphere! I thought it’s the place to go with the group, but at the end going alone there worked out just fine. Will definitely go back there ”
“ We've been travelling from Australia to Abu Dhabi, Paris, London and Barcelona; this was the best food I've had the entire trip, please don't miss this place. You won't regret it. The gentleman who owns it and cooks the food is an absolute gem, you know the food is made with love. Sad we ate here on our last night, otherwise we'd be eating here for every meal. Get the degustation and make sure you don't skip out on the desert! We'll definitely come back next time we are in Barcelona. ”
“ This was my first time having Ethiopian food and it was a great experience the food. The owner is so friendly and shared the history of this restaurant and the Ethiopian culture that’s present in Barcelona 10/10 can’t wait to go back ”
